This is my second experience within 6 years doing business with Roberto Huebra D.B.A. America Remodeling. The current project required concrete repair and replacement, floor tile removal and prep for replacement, removal and replacement of second story safety railing (2) all totaling approximately 8 days of labor . Roberto is a pleasure to work with and takes pride in satisfying the owners requests. He is prompt to answer/return calls and keeps you informed of progress and future scheduling. American Remodeling performed above and beyond our expectations during the design, demo and remodeling. Extremely careful and honest with all aspects of the job, including at the end we received perfectly cleaned new house. We have done several remodeling in the past with other general contractors but none achieved the level that Roberto and his crew executed. I researched dozens of remodeling companies and interviewed five prospects to handle a renovation of my bathroom before choosing America Remodeling, a decision based on positive reviews on different social media sites. The company's performance lived up to those reviews. After the customary ridiculous waiting period to get all county and city permits pulled -- America Remodeling handled the documentation and attended every one of the numerous county and city inspections at different stages of the project -- Roberto Huebra's crew started demolition of a large bathtub and walls, being careful to protect areas adjacent to the bathroom and adhering to the rules of the condo association regarding disposal of materials. Within days, dry wall panels and a shower pan had been installed, and tile began to be put in place. Workers with different skills showed up virtually every day and the project was completed in exactly the time period and pricing that had been estimated. Some mistakes were made but were immediately corrected. In addition, when I needed something done or redone, such as swapping out sink faucets or adjusting glass shower doors, the alterations were made within 48 hours. I found America Remodeling to be honest and professional, two attributes rare in contractors. I recommend them without reservation.
